In the design of the reducer, the vertical fence-type base provides stable support for the entire system. The slewing bearing is one of the key components of the reducer, which enables the device to rotate smoothly. Two toroidal worms are the main source of power for the drive, and they achieve efficient energy transfer through a carefully designed gear system. In addition, various supporting parts work together in the entire system to ensure the normal operation of the reducer.

The advantage of this double-barrel fence type reducer is that its unique design can achieve greater output torque in a relatively small space. The double-cylinder fence type reducer is a mechanical device assembled from a vertical fence type base, a slewing bearing, two toroidal worms and corresponding parts. The reducer has a unique design that can drive the device to rotate simultaneously through two electric motors or hydraulic motors. Compared with ordinary fence foundations, this reducer can achieve twice the tooth contact, thereby producing nearly double the output torque under the same volume and installation space. This significantly improves the performance of the product, while the holding torque is also doubled.
